Q. When are you open?
A We are open every day of the year except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Q. What time are you open?
A. We open at 9.00 am every morning and close at 5.00 pm from October to Easter and 5.30 pm from Easter to October.

Q. When does the Playbarn open?
A. The Playbarn opens at 9.30 am every morning and closes 30 minutes before the rest of the site ie 4.30 pm from October to Easter and 5.00 pm from Easter to October.

Q. When does the Playbarn close for maintenance?
A. the Playbarn closes Monday to Friday during January and up until the February Half Term.

Q. Is car parking free?
A. Yes

Q. Is there an Admission Charge?
A. General Admission is free, however, you need to pay £2.99 per child for entrance to the Playbarn, adults free.
The British Wildlife Rescue Centre admission costs £1.50 per child and £2.00 per adult.
Tickets for Amerton Railway are £1.40 per child and £2.10 per adult, £1.60 for concessions.

Q. Are there any craft activities that my child can do on site, during my visit?
A. Yes, there is 'Paint a Pot' within the Pottery and Mosaic Making within the Glass Studio.

Q. I have an injured animal what do I do?
A. Contact the British Wildlife Rescue Centre which is based at Amerton Farm on 01889 271308.

Q. Do I have to book for the Tea Room?
A. Yes this is advisable, particularly at weekends.
