Exclusive use of Billy’s Farm Barn – £300.00

To reserve your preferred date a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required.
The final invoice will be issued at the end of the party.

Food is available at £15.99 per head or you can bring along your own food.

Available from 5pm-7pm – you can reserve online for Saturdays and Sunday – if you would like a weekday evening then please contact us on 01889 270294 (option 1)

Upon booking and paying the £100 deposit you will receive an automated email to confirm receipt of booking and deposit, a member of the party team will then send a further confirmation email within 5 days of booking (allowing time to arrange details with party service providers, e.g. magician, animals, etc) confirming all details as per your order.

A magic show by our well known and very popular Magician, Dave. Suitable for children between 4-8 years. Party Room only.
This activity is provided by an outside professional and we need to check their availability.

    Personal Appearance by Billy

    This appearance will take place while the children are eating their party food.

    Amerton Party Bags

    Medium bag £2.50 includes: small bag of pick and mix sweets, small toy, pencil/eraser

    Large bag £3.50 includes: medium bag of pick & mix sweets, two small toys, balloon, pencil/eraser

    Children's Party Food & Drinks

    Pizza Slices, Chicken or Vegetable Goujons, Cocktail Sausages and Chips. Amerton Farm Ice Cream or Jelly. Drink of Squash. 

    Cold Food Buffet Style

    Sandwiches with spreading cheese & ham, Crisps, Cocktail Sausages, Sausage Roll and Cheese Puff Pastry. Amerton Farm Ice Cream or Jelly. Drink of Squash.

    Please select either hot food or a cold buffet selection for the party.

  • Birthday Cake
    We do not provide a birthday cake, please provide your own.
  • Tea & Coffee Vouchers
    If you wish to purchase tea or coffee in the Playbarn for your guests parents/guardians please tell your party c0-0rdinator to add the cost to your final invoice. You can download vouchers here to print out and give to parents to obtain a cup of tea or coffee. The vouchers for the drinks will be added to your final invoice. All other food needs to be ordered separately.

  • Photography
    Please feel free to take photos at your Birthday party. We would be grateful if you could check with parents of the children at your party that they do not have any objections to their children being photographed.
    Please could you try and avoid taking photos of other children in the Playbarn who are not at your party. The law is quite specific regarding photographing children. May we thank you in advance for your co-operation in this matter.
