Children’s Party Booking & Deposit


£14.99 per child

  • Farm Entry.
  • 2 hours in the party area.
  • Hot or cold food box delivered to your seating area.
  • Yoghurt or Jelly for pudding.
  • 2 Adults to accompany the party child and 4 additional adult family member’s.
  • 1 Adult to accompany each party guest.
  • A bag of animal feed for each child attending.

All guests will receive a wristband that will allow them access to Billy’s Farm Barn and onto the farm itself. They will be able to explore our wooden indoor play area as well as having the opportunity to investigate all that the farm has to offer.

The children will be able to get up close to the animals and feed them with the food supplied as well as making the most of our outdoor activities which include our air bouncers, go-carts and the sand pit. If your party guests wish to go on a tractor and trailer ride they will have to join the general public for this activity which will be available between 9.30 am until 11am and 2pm until 3.30pm. Party guests can also enjoy a half mile walk around the track between 11 am and 2pm or from 3.30pm to 4.30pm.

The seating area provided will be yours for the duration of your two-hour booking but then you will be asked to vacate the area. However, you are more than welcome to stay on site and explore all that Amerton Farm has to offer including the fantastic Red Lion Farm Ice Cream that is served within our ice cream parlour.

Minimum number of guests per booking is 10 and maximum number is 25. A deposit of £50 will be taken to secure your date and booking by paying on line.

If you are looking for a more exclusive party booking, we can offer these after the farm closes to the General public between 5-7 pm. To discuss these options please email or call on 01889 270294.

Please note that parties can either be hosted within Billys Farm Barn or our designated party room.

    Please select either hot food or a cold buffet selection for the party.

    Amerton Farm take allergens and risk to consumers very seriously. If you have a high tolerance and allergy please inform us before ASAP.

    Whilst we are strict with our cooking and food preparation areas we cannot guarantee any cross contamination.

    If you do have any allergy concerns e.g. Nut allergy, gluten allergy; we would recommend providing your own food.




  • Birthday Cake
    We do not provide a birthday cake, please provide your own.
  • Tea & Coffee Vouchers
    If you wish to purchase tea or coffee in the Playbarn for your guests parents/guardians please tell your party co-ordinator to add the cost to your final invoice. You can download vouchers here to print out and give to parents to obtain a cup of tea or coffee. The vouchers for the drinks will be added to your final invoice. All other food needs to be ordered separately.
  • Photography
    Please feel free to take photos at your Birthday party. We would be grateful if you could check with parents of the children at your party that they do not have any objections to their children being photographed.
    Please could you try and avoid taking photos of other children in the Playbarn who are not at your party. The law is quite specific regarding photographing children. May we thank you in advance for your co-operation in this matter.
