Amerton Farm Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioners’ Office. Its registration number is ZA200095 and the Data Controller is Mrs Eunice Finney – eunice@amertonfarm.co.uk. Information that we collect from the customer

When the customer orders products / services or places deposits from the above service, he/she may be required to provide certain personal information including name, contact details and credit or debit card information. For clarity we use a 3rd party processor for all credit / debit card transactions and have no access to the detailed card information.

We may also collect information about the customer’s participation with businesses using the service through the customer’s general usage of the system as well as from participating venues themselves.

Sage Pay is a product that provides web-based technology and systems enabling the online transactional relationship between Amerton Farm and its customers and is committed to preserving the privacy of all data collected during the process. We undertake to comply with applicable UK data protection legislation at all times.

By using Sage Pay transactional system with any online payment service, the customer consents to the collection, use and management of their information under the terms of this privacy policy.

We collect your personal data, which you voluntarily submit to us, for example when you complete a form on our site. We will process your data on the lawful basis that this is pursuant to the contract between you as our customer and us as your product supplier. We will only process and use your data for the purpose of performing the contract we have entered into and not for any other purpose. We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service.
