Tickets Exchange and Cancellation Request

Amerton Farm Ltd has a clear cancellation policy not permitting the cancellation, exchange or refund of tickets. However, due to Covid 19 issues, we have decided to assist our customers by temporarily suspending this policy. Ticket Exchanges are subject to a £5 administrative fee. You must contact us by 5pm on the date that is on your current ticket(s). Please give Amerton Farm Ltd 48 hours’ notice to reissue your new ticket.

This must be within 3 months of the original booking date.
By submitting this form without a new date your request will be receive and email with a copy of all the details. Please take care and save this email as you will need to send this back when you have decided on a date. When you have decided on a new date to visit, send an email to book@amertonfarm.co.uk containing:
- Your new date
- Name
- Order reference number
- Original ticket date
- E-mail used to book the ticket
- Contact number
We will then send your exchanged ticket(s) within 48 hours of your contact to advise us of you new date.
Sign and Agree*
- I understand that my replacement tickets must be dated within 3 months of the original booking. I also understand I will be required to pay a £5 cancellation fee on the day when I visit. This fee will be payable upon entry. If possible Amerton Farm Ltd would appreciate card payment for this fee on the day. Any further ticket exchanges will result in another cancellation fee of £5 being levied. If you have not heard from us within 48 hours of sending your request please contact us again.

Last Admission is 4:00^pmand the farm closes at 4:30^pm

The tearoom, farm shop and other retail units generally close daily at 5pm. However some tenants such as the gym and hairdressers operate extended hours.
